Attach the log.
Blazar Core keeps a log of what it did with your instruments: aurion.log in its data folder (Windows: %APPDATA%\Blazar Core; Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Blazar Core). Attach it to a bug report; it often shows exactly what went wrong.
